We’re seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and guest-centric team members who are eager to help us revolutionize the car-buying experience.The principal objective of the Loaner Car Coordinator/Assistant is to ensure an exceptional client experience while fostering client advocacy. The Loaner Car Coordinator/Assistant will assist clients utilizing loaner vehicles, manage the loaner car fleet, and collaborate with Assistant Service Managers (ASMs) and the Loaner Car Lead to accurately report on the status of the loaner vehicles. • Locate loaner cars for clients. • Enters loaner car data, including license and insurance information, into the computer and creates a contract or loan car agreement with all required details. • Prepares loan car reports and tracks the whereabouts and turnover time of loaner vehicles daily, discussing findings with the Assistant Service Manager (ASM). • Provides the Client Care Center with an availability list and updates to the ASM. • Updates the client database as needed. • Contact vendors, such as Enterprise and AutoRent, when there is a shortage of cars available for loaning. • Checks in returned cars, inspects them for damage, records the mileage, and closes the agreement. • Arranges for the repair of damaged or malfunctioning vehicles. • Monitors mileage and schedules maintenance for loaner cars at the required intervals. • Faxes TXDL numbers and insurance information to outside vendors. • Ensures that cars are clean and operable before delivery to clients. • Understands and follows the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, utilizing the program to enhance client satisfaction. • Knows and adheres to the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policy.JOB REQUIREMENTSThe requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.This job requires "people" skills and a genuine desire to service the client.A positive attitude and willingness to be a team member are essential to this position. • Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable). • Must be at least eighteen years of age • Must have a valid Driver’s License • Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background and drug test)Company Benefits*Pay and Recognition: • Weekly pay • Paid holidays & paid time off • Deferred Holiday Pay Match • Paid training • Stock Awards (select management and front-line team members eligible)Insurance / Retirement: • Insurance: medical, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity plans • Up to 12 weeks paid pregnancy leave (disability leave) • Paid Parental Leave • Health savings • Flex spending accounts (tax-free) • Short-term and Long-term disability plans • Life Insurance (Whole Life and Term) • 401 (k) with company matchLearning, Tuition Assistance, and Career Development: • Digital career path tool to assist with career development • Continuous training through Asbury's Internal Learning Management SystemProfessional growth and development opportunities.
