Directs & supervises warehouse activities for the dealerships.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Communicates with Parts Manager/Assistant Parts Manager to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with other functions such as production, sales, records control, and purchasing • Establishes operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current • Inspects physical condition of warehouse and equipment and takes corrective action as needed Processes salvage of warranty, damaged or used material as directed • Reports freight claims • Designs and maintains warehouse equipment layout Performs Warehouse Specialist duties as needed. • Ensures the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area • Knows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction. • Knows and understands the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to the requirements. • Attends weekly department meetings • Other duties may be assignedEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License) Operator's Driver's License (Must be insurable) • PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
