This position will also be responsible for administrative duties such as ordering supplies and time clock adjustments. • Ensure all sold deal up types and sourcing are displaying correctly within ELead. Audit every CY sale from the ELead Confirm Sales Report’ for duplicates, i.e. co-buyers, similar misspelled names, and family/friend submissions that purchased under other members name or vice-versa. Must be able to discern between manipulation of the system or valid merging. Update as needed. Report any manipulations to supervisor. • Assist in adding and removing GEC agents from leads based on the GEC rules for receiving credit and lead handling guidelines provided by management. • Check all stores to ensure every GEC appointment, show, and sold is accounted for in ELead. • Communicate missed time clock punches with the GEC agents to ensure accuracy. Make adjustments to time clock punches and PTO with sales manager’s approval.
