Jaguar Land Rover Boston is seeking a friendly, professional, and guest-focused individual to join our Guest Services team.As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will play a key role in delivering a modern luxury experience.This position involves answering incoming calls, processing payments (including cash transactions), and maintaining awareness of guest traffic in our showroom.Responsibilities include answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately, process guest payments accurately(including handling cash), maintain a welcoming and professional presence in our reception area, stay aware of guest trafficto ensure prompt assistance, and provide an exceptional experience for every visitor.Full-time or part-time availability, strong communication and interpersonal skills, professional appearance and demeanor,ability to multitask in a busy environment, and a positive attitude focused on guest satisfaction.Benefits competitive pay, health and dental insurance, paid sick/vacation time, 401(k), and employee perks.Asbury Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer.
