Our ideal candidates are confident, passionate people looking to grow and succeed with one of the most successful organizations in Dallas/Fort Worth.Purpose of PositionThe purpose of the PDR Dent Repair Technician is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. This position is responsible for repairing all vehicles that meet the requirements specified by clients, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and care.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Inspect vehicles to determine if Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) will be effective • Protect all vehicle surfaces to prevent tools or materials from scratching or damaging the vehicle • Repair dents using proper PDR techniques, tools, and materials • Clean and wax repaired surfaces to enhance appearance and ensure a high-quality finish • Communicate the status of all repairs to the Assistant Service Manager (ASM) in a timely manner • Inspect the finished product for overall quality and ensure client satisfaction • Work the service drive during down time to sell dent repair services to clients • Know and understand the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process and use the program to achieve client satisfaction • Know and understand the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to the requirements • Attend weekly department meetings as neededQualifications and Requirements • Must be able to work individually and as part of a team • Must be organized, professional, and maintain a positive attitude • Must have prior Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) experience • Must be proficient with dent repair tools and equipment • Must be at least eighteen years of age • Must have a valid Driver’s License • Must pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test)Company Benefits:Pay and Recognition: • Weekly pay • Paid holidays & paid time off • Deferred Holiday Pay Match • Paid training • Stock Awards (select management and front-line team members eligible)Insurance / Retirement: • Medical, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity plans • Up to 12 weeks paid pregnancy leave (disability leave) • Paid Parental Leave • Health savings and flex spending accounts (tax-free) • Short-term and long-term disability plans • Life Insurance (Whole Life and Term) • 401k with company matchLearning, Tuition Assistance, and Career Development: • Digital career path tool to assist with career development • Continuous training through Asbury's Internal Learning Management System • Professional growth and development opportunitiesAdditional Advantages: • Student loan relief resources • Employee assistance program • Employee discounts on parts and service repairs • Scholarship awards • Opportunities to join our community service initiatives, including paid volunteer hours • Aggressive employee referral program with bonus opportunities INDTECHAsbury Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer.
