Based on our efforts, we have been recognized as one of the best places to work by both Newsweek and US News & World report.• Level ''C'' Internal Service Technician(Nalley Toyota of Roswell)Located at 11130 Alpharetta Hwy, Roswell, GA 30076We’re looking for experienced, driven 'C' Technicians to join our elite service team.At Nalley Toyota of Roswell, we value your expertise, support your growth, and give you the tools to succeed.• Apply Today – Bring Your Tech Skills to a Team That Gets It.• Earnings & Schedule: • Weekly pay • Sundays off + major holidays off • Deferred holiday pay match • Paid training • Stock awards (select roles)❄️ Work Environment: • Climate-controlled shop • Positive, team-first culture with supportive leadership• Career Growth & Certification: • ASE certification reimbursement • Training & advancement opportunities • Digital career path planning tool • Tuition assistance & scholarships • Continuous training through our internal Learning Management System•️ Full Benefits Package: • Medical, dental, vision & supplemental insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid parental leave & up to 12 weeks paid pregnancy (disability) leave • Health savings & flex spending accounts • Life insurance (Whole & Term)• Extra Perks: • Employee discounts on parts & service • Student loan relief resources • Aggressive employee referral bonuses • Paid volunteer hours & community involvement • Employee assistance programAn Internal Technician is an experienced professional skilled in diagnosing and repairing multiple makes and models of vehicles and their components with minimal supervision, having previously worked as a C-Class general service technician. **Key Responsibilities: ** • Competently perform a thorough multipoint inspection on all makes and models of vehicles. • Diagnose and communicate specific inspection requirements and recommendations as identified by the pre-owned department based on the established inspection standards. • Conduct road tests on all vehicles as part of the diagnosis and inspection process. • Complete work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following dealership and factory standards. • Ensure proper documentation on repair orders, including complaint, cause, and correction, along with recorded time for each operation. • Frequently review job status, log updates, and report any changes in time or cost estimates to the appropriate service advisor or customer. • Maintain an organized workflow using the dealership’s software system. • Prepare estimates as required. • Diagnose the causes of most malfunctions and carry out necessary repairs. • Communicate with the parts department to obtain the required parts. • Inform the internal service advisor, pre-owned manager, or service management immediately if additional work is needed, if any outlined work is unnecessary, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised timeframe. • Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order. • Conduct a quality multipoint inspection on every vehicle, including supporting documentation such as photos and videos. • Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events.Preferred qualifications & requirements: ASE and manufacturer certifications, prior technician experience, basic tools, and strong technical skills.
